TEA PREPARATION
To prepare tea, simply add 2-3tsps to a tea bag or infuser and place in 6-8oz hot water, steep for 5-7 min. Caution: steeping too long may result in tea that is too bitter to drink. If prepping iced tea, use 2x herbs.

Known as the ‘Fire of Heaven’ Ignis Coelis in Latin is conventionally identified with lightning. In 586AD Gregory the Great said that he witnessed a single manifestation lasting 7 days which reduced 2 islands off the coast of Spain to ashes! This is a tea designed to contemplate all of lifes personal catastrophes. Safely like ole Gregory from a distance, ideally your bed with a cozy blanket and good book! The Catastro-Tea infusions contain a mix of medicinal plants which have a double function. First, they soothe the nerves, reducing stress and insomnia, helping us dive into a state of deep sleep or meditation. Subsequently, the dream intensifying herbs come into play, activating the subconscious mind, enhancing lucid dreaming and memory recollection.
